Overview of IT Admin

It is very common for SMB's to not have a dedicated IT Admin to perform infrastructure and system maintenance tasks. This is where my skills and experience can provide a needed service without incurring the cost of a full time IT Admin on staff.

Generally speaking, many tasks can be done remotely and at off-peak hours, making the service very appealing. Many clients enjoy the knowledge that remote off-site monitoring and critical backups are taking place. Clients also as enjoy the knowledge that the infrastructure is being checked for operational integrity without impact to the production system.
